1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and go177 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using go177 — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device — you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all sections of the go177 platform including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games, Bingo and any Promotions offered from time to time. They should be read alongside the go177 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are unsure about any part of these Terms, please contact go177 support before creating an account or making a deposit. Once you have registered and deposited, these Terms are considered accepted in full.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

go177 is an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or place any wager on the platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.

• go177 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point. This may include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification.
• If you are found to be under 18 years of age at any point, your account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made will be returned minus any winnings derived from play during the period of underage use.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the go177 platform. If you believe a minor has accessed go177 using your details, contact support immediately.
• go177 does not knowingly accept registrations or deposits from individuals under the legal age for online gaming in their location.

3Account Registration

To use any real-money feature of the go177 platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one go177 account. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or otherwise — all accounts except the first registered may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: The details you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. go177 may request documentation to verify your identity at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your go177 account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact go177 support immediately. go177 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account sharing: Sharing your go177 account with another person is prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered holder only.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your go177 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to these Terms.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

go177 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposit amounts, account balances, bonus values, bet stakes and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage.

The following payment methods are supported at go177:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Standard bank transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as made available from time to time

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Deposit page. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your go177 balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction.

For withdrawals, you may request a transfer of your available balance to any of the payment methods listed above. go177 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed the same day the request is made. Bank transfers follow standard IBFT timelines which are outside go177's direct control.

• Withdrawal verification: go177 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not applied arbitrarily.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering practice.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
• No third-party payments: go177 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

5Bonuses and Promotions

go177 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players throughout the year — including welcome bonuses, PSL season specials, Eid offers, reload bonuses and cricket series promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your go177 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus at go177 is available once per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Eligible games: Not all games at go177 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, Casino games, Slots and Bingo may each carry different contribution percentages. Check the individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
• Withdrawal of deposit with active bonus: If you choose to withdraw your deposit while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, go177 will remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance.
• go177 reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Promotions page. Bonuses already credited and in progress will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6Sports Betting Rules

The go177 Sports section covers a wide range of markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet placement: Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from go177. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, go177 will investigate the transaction log to determine whether the bet was successfully registered.
• Odds changes: Odds shown at the time you start placing a bet may change before confirmation. If the odds change significantly, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Match abandonment and postponement: If a cricket match, PSL fixture or any other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum number of overs or playing time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned. For PSL matches, go177 follows the officially confirmed result — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes — for settlement purposes.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets close at defined points during a match. go177 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets placed before a market suspension are settled normally unless the event is subsequently voided.
• Obvious errors: go177 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by human or technical error. This will only be applied in cases of clear and demonstrable pricing errors, not in cases where a player correctly identified value in a market.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per bet and per event may apply. Any applicable limits are displayed during bet placement. go177 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage or system abuse.

7Casino and Slot Games

The go177 Casino section includes Live Casino tables and a full Slots and Slot Games library. All Casino and Slot games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are determined by the game provider and are not set or modified by go177.

• All Casino and Slot game results are final once the round or spin is completed. go177 cannot reverse completed game rounds.
• Game malfunctions — including software crashes or disconnections during a live table session — will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. Where a genuine malfunction is confirmed, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpots displayed in any Slot game are funded by contributions from player stakes. Jackpot amounts are accurate at the time of display but change continuously. go177 is not liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot amounts at the precise moment of a win trigger.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Casino tables and Slot games. These are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

8Bingo Terms

go177's Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled and on-demand basis. Players purchase Bingo cards in PKR using their go177 account balance. The following conditions apply to all Bingo play on the platform.

• Bingo card purchases are non-refundable once a game has started. If a game is cancelled before it begins, the cost of purchased cards will be credited back to your account balance.
• Prizes in each Bingo room are determined by the number of cards sold and the prize pool structure displayed in the room lobby before purchase. go177 does not guarantee a minimum prize pool unless explicitly stated in a specific Bingo promotion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a Bingo game, go177 will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the affected game and returning card costs to all participants.
• Players may not use automated software, bots or scripts to participate in Bingo games. Any account found to be using automated tools will be suspended.

9Responsible Gaming

go177 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming and sports betting should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or emotional pressure. go177 provides a set of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity at all times.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account from the settings section. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session reminders: go177 displays session duration information in your account so you are always aware of how long you have been playing in a single sitting.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can request a self-exclusion period from go177 support. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are actioned as a matter of priority.
• Reality check: go177 recommends setting a clear PKR budget before each PSL season, cricket series or gaming session. Decide in advance what you are comfortable spending as entertainment and do not exceed that amount.
• Under-18 protection: go177 is strictly for adults 18 and over. If you are a parent or guardian, please use parental controls on your devices to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

10Account Suspension and Termination

go177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, unauthorised payment method use or identity fraud
• Bonus abuse including the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers
• Use of automated software, bots or scripts in any part of the platform
• Suspected collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Any activity that go177 reasonably believes may constitute money laundering or financial crime

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, go177 will communicate with the account holder and complete the investigation in a reasonable timeframe. If the account is subsequently cleared, full access will be restored. If the breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures.

11Privacy and Data Use

go177 collects and processes personal data as described in the go177 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and communication about your account and eligible promotions.

• go177 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details are processed through secure, encrypted channels. go177 does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
• go177 may share data with regulatory bodies, payment processors or law enforcement where required by applicable rules or legal obligations.

12Changes to These Terms

go177 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the go177 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.

Minor corrections such as typos, grammar fixes or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms may be made without specific notification. These will still be reflected in an updated Last Updated date.
